Cancellation Policies

1). WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES AVAILABLE?

Each business establishes its own cancellation policy, so we recommend to check the type of cancellation policy of your booking before proceeding to cancel.

1.1) Soft

  • For reservations cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 100% refund. No booking fees will be charged.
  • For reservations cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 50% refund. Booking fees will be charged for every hold unit.

1.2) Moderate

  • For reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 100% refund. No booking fees will be charged.
  • For reservations cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 50% refund. Booking fees will be charged for every hold unit.

1.3) Strict

  • For reservations cancelled up to 60 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 100% refund. No booking fees will be charged.
  • For reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 50% refund. Booking fees will be charged for every hold unit.

1.4) Severe

  • For reservations cancelled up to 60 days before the check-in, the tenant will receive a 100% refund. No booking fees will be charged.

1.5) No Refund

  • No refund available for last-minute reservations.

 

 

Reservation cancellation and refund system.

To cancel, simply log in to your personal profile, goes my reservations and press the red button “Cancel booking”. Attention: before canceling a reservation, always check the type of term that you accepted at the time of booking, this to receive the correct refund. At this point you will receive a confirmation email from BookingSandGO.
