How do I make a reservation?

Simple and fast! Consult BookingSandGO to find your Hotel – Bed and Breakfast – Apartments – Diving – Golf – Kitesurf – Buceo – Snorkeling – Cenote – Kayak – Quad Adventure – and many more, in total freedom. To make a reservation, you must be registered in the “Guest” section, through the Home Page, or in the booking process. Once the reservation is made, you will receive an e-mail with all the contact information of the selected facilities and of our contacts in case of emergency. In addition, in the “Guest” area, in addition to monitoring your bookings, you will open an “InBox” chat to communicate with the structura or activity.


  1. Profile registration

From our home page click “ + Signup ” button. After entering your e-mail address, name, surname, phone, click ( I only want to book) and click (I agree with terms & conditions) done this, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to activate your account and finalize the reservation.   1. Find your perfect vacation

Now you are on the initial page of BookingSandGO, enter the destination of your next holiday, arrival and departure date, number of guests, select if you are looking for sports activities, only at the accommodation, or both. All facilities and services available for the selected dates will be displayed. Read information, services, reviews, and cancellation policies.


  1. Make the reservation!

Did you find the perfect place or service? It is time to formalize. Click book and make the payment using PayPal. Once the payment has been made, you will find the reservation in your area Dashboard, in addition to notification by e-mail. You are paying BookingSandGO, which will pay for the facility or service 24 hours after check-in, so we can ensure that your money is safe in case you do not find the one you booked. The price indicated to the public is the final price! The customer will not have to pay anything extra, except for special requests that are not included in the reservation made through BookingSandGO. In case you do not find what you have booked (the photos were not realistic or the service does not match what you booked) you can send us an e-mail (emergency@bookingsandgo.com) indicating the reservation number and the name of the structure (or service) we will act to help you.

Billing System

BookingSandGO issues an invoice to the guest who books a facility or service on their booking portal. Only service costs will be shown on the invoice. The guest must request an invoice, for the remaining amount, to the structure at the time of check-in or via the means of communication provided upon receipt of the reservation.

The following costs are not included in the cost of the service invoiced: security deposit, cleaning fee and tourist tax. These costs are managed direct by the structure.
The invoice is issued with the data that the customer has entered at the time of registration before the purchase. Invoices issued can not be changed.
