Insert your structure or activity
To get started, and before inserting your property, you need to activate your account
In our Home Page you will find, in the upper right corner, a button called “+ Register“
Click, where open a window where you enter your name, surname, username and your e-mail, click on “I want to offer my properties / activities” and accept terms and conditions.
In automatic you will receive an e- mail with the data to access your private area.

Cancellation of the host account
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting cancellation by sending us your account and e-mail that you used to register.
We will cancel your account and send you a confirmation email
Here you enter all your data, the logo, the description of your business and the PayPal e-mail to receive payments. You can then enter all data and start adding sports / property activities / services, reviewing bookings through the general calendar that can be configured with others via I-CAL, contact customers and much more.
1. My Profile
The first step is to fill in all the data before proceeding to the insertion of your structures in the area my property / my activity. The cost of the BookingSandGO service is 12%, these costs help us to manage the platform and the services for the promotion of the inserted structures. They are not included in the cost of the service: security deposit, cleaning fees and tourist tax. All your data is shown to the Customer only after booking.
In your private area (my profile) you find the area where you enter your bank details to receive payment. Enter the following information: Bank name, current account number, Cabe / Iban, Swift Code.
Attention: enter the data correctly to receive your payments in the correct time, for further information payments contact us.
2. My Property / My Sport Activity
Describe your structure with captivating titles and descriptions, what you are offering, what you propose when they arrive in your facility. Appreciable is to indicate what they can find near the structure (restaurants, pubs, beach, ect.), Its attractions and the most important events. Set your prices in relation to the structures of the same type in your area or specify that they are paying for a type of service that others do not have and adapt the rates according to the season. This portal shows the price you enter, next to the inserted price will show your real cost (example: do you want to earn 50usd? You must enter 56usd, 50usd + 12% service costs). Insert catchy images into hd, because the first thing travelers look at are photos, (they should not contain direct contact information). Enter the address or use the pin on the map to position your property to help travelers who are looking for a property / activity in a specific area. Use the last step to set the calendar where it is very important to keep it updated, with I-CAL you can synchronize all your calendars.
Video: Insert your videos to present to your guests your structure or sports activity or excursion / tour. It is not allowed to show phones or contact information in the video
For Sport Activity: In the section “add activity”, such as excursions or services, you have the possibility to offer a discount if reserve more people.
Create vacation packages: offer your customers a package with accommodation and excursion sports or cultural in the activity area, where you can create discounts for more people booking.
Accommodation: do you have a structure like hotel, hostel, Bed and Breakfast etc, with more than one room? you can enter them singularly, place the price per room, in this way you can receive reservations for all rooms added for your property. If instead you intend to offer the whole structure, for example (all the apartment, villa, etc.) enter the price and how many people can stay in that structure.
Sport Activity area: where you can enter and manage diving centers, diving excursions, quads, kitsurf, kayaking, cultural excursions, and much more
3. My Bookings
Here you manage all your customers’ reservations, using the search by days, months or by name.
4. Closes Dates
In this area, keep all closed dates under control. To reopen them, click on the dates you need to reopen them to receive reservations.
5. All in one Calendar
In this area you can monitor all your properties and activities in one calendar, managing all your bookings. You have the possibility to synchronize with single button. I-CAL of BookingSandGO automatically synchronizes all calendars every 10 minutes.
Internal Booking: When you receive internal reservations at BookingSandGO, the calendar shows you the reservation in green.
External Booking: The objective is to make manual synchronization operations and rate and availability updates on several portals such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnd and many others that use channel administrator systems (most channel administrators support I- Call) and I-Call. When you receive reservations from other portals, the calendar shows you the reservation in blue.
Direct Booking: Do you have direct reservations? You can update them in the portal and the calendar shows you the direct reservation in yellow. How to enter the direct booking: Access the calendar directly from the property or activity tab, click in the morning to change its details, and go to the calendar by clicking on it at the top. To enter your reservation, you can click once on the date of entry and then click on the date of departure (or double-click on the date of entry) will open a window where you can enter all references (including the notes for customer data). ), of your reservation. Finally click on the direct booking button. You will receive an internal email confirming the reservation and you will find your reservation in your private area in my Reservation. The same procedure can also be performed on All in the calendar.
Closed Dates: Do you want to block the dates? You can update them in the portal and the calendar shows you the property or activity in red. How to block dates: Access the calendar directly from the property or activity tab, click in the morning to change its details, and go to the calendar by clicking on it at the top. To enter your reservation, you can click once on the date of entry and then click on the date of departure (or double click on the date of entry) will open a window where you can enter a note to close or close the dates without inserting any notes Finally click on the close dates button. You will receive an email confirming the closing dates, you will find the list of closed dates in your private area on my closed dates. In the calendar you will find the dates closed in red. To reopen them, click on the dates you have to go to my closed dates and reopen them. The same procedure can also be performed on All in the calendar.

6. My inbox
When you receive a booking automatically you will open a window where you can communicate with your customer, also every time you send a message you will be notified via email.
When you receive a reservation, in this area you will see the details of the reservation received. BookingsandGo, after 24h from check-in, will send you the payment
8. Favorites and My reservation
This is your specific area that you use when you book a stay or sports activity on the BookingSandGo portal.
