YOU KNOW THAT ….. if you are planning a visit to Madrid, do not miss the Mercado de San Miguel. It is located Plaza de San Miguel, in the city center a stone’s throw from the Plaza Mayor, and is open every day from 10:00 am to midnight (Friday and Saturday until 01:00). Among the most famous markets in Madrid, it is characterized by a splendid iron, glass and ceramic structure dating back to the early 1900.

Here not only can you buy but you can eat directly local products, among the most sought after and famous, with over 30 different vendors selling: tapas, hams, olives, cheeses, baked goods and other freshly prepared food. Are also available beer, wine and champagne. The spaces for consumption are many and often simply the continuation of the sales counter. Not to be missed in the evening, where you can listen to music.
