BookingSandGO guarantees, with it’s payment system, a safe journey for travelers. If you do not find what you have booked, you can send an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating the booking code and the name of the structure or activity sport, no later than 24 hours after check-in. BookingSandGO will activate by contacting the structure and the guest to check and solve this problem, in the following solutions: change of structure or activity sport, or refund of the reservation.
